Please print out this form, then sign the release & disclaimer section, and mail it in with your submissions - ALL submissions MUST be on CD and meet the following minimum requirements: images must be equivalent to 12x12 inches with 300dpi resolution, 3600 x 3600 pixels, or larger. Files must be in TIFF, BMP, or PSD format. Do not compress the images. Do not use an image manipulation program to "enhance" your images with type, graphics, effects, or special filters. We will adjust for color balance and other photographic qualities. We will blur all license plates so that they cannot be deciphered. CD's will not be returned. This calendar is for Fieros only, please do not include people in your photographs.

All submissions must be received by September 19, 2008 to be considered.
