Coolant Fan SwitchLocated next to the thermostat housing. This switch screws into the intake manifold vertically, next to the thermostat housing and the cold start injector switch. It has a one wire connector.
Temperature Gauge Sending UnitLocated on the top corner of the rear cylinder head. This sending unit screws into the corner of cylinder head, near the ignition coil and the valve cover.
Coolant Temperature Sensor (for the ECM)Located below the thermostat housing. This sensor screws into the intake manifold horizontally and has a two wire connector.
Cold Start Injector SwitchLocated next to the thermostat housing. This switch screws into the intake manifold vertically, next to the thermostat housing and the fan switch.
Oil Pressure Sending UnitLocated at the front of the engine and screws onto a metal tube that runs up the front of the engine.
EGR SolenoidLocated to the right of the thermostat housing, just above the timing cover/water pump. There are several vacuum lines that connect to the unit and 1 electrical connection. This solenoid controls the operation of the EGR valve and is commonly the culprit to an EGR trouble code (Code 32).
Fuel Pressure RegulatorLocated beneath the upper intake plenum, on top of the fuel rail. These can be replaced with stock units or adjustable units for performance applications.
