Wallpaper Submission Guidelines

The Fiero Store has created an area where registered users can upload their favorite desktop images. Share your creativity with others in the Fiero community!

Here are some guidelines to follow when considering your submission:

  • We are only accepting submissions via the website.  Login or Register to see the submission form on this page.
  • Please submit your image at 1920 x 1440 pixel resolution (or 1920 x 1200 if submitting widescreen). We will do our best to crop and resize the image so it can be used by a wider audience.
  • We prefer JPG, GIF, or BMP images.
  • Do not include any people in your pictures; Fieros and Fiero-related imagery only, please.
  • You may submit as many Fiero wallpapers as you like.
  • Wallpapers must be approved before they will appear in the rotation.

All submissions must comply with the Privacy Policy.

HINT:

Try to position the elements in your wallpaper so it can be used by others that do not have the same hardware as you.

For images created at a 'standard' aspect ratio, this means leave a horizontal area above or below the critical elements so widescreen crops won't cut off portions of those elements. The white bounded shaded area represents a possible widescreen crop of the following standard aspect ratio images. The size and position of the pegasus in the left image causes the wing tips to get cut off.

For 'widescreen' images, leave a vertical area to the left or right of the critical elements so standard aspect ratio crops won't cut off elements in an undesired way. The white bounded shaded area in these images represents a possible standard aspect ratio crop. The position of the car in the left image causes a portion of it to get cut off in order to capture the red and yellow graphic.
